We are committed to continue delivering eye and hearing care to our communities and to further reduce the movement of people, our branches will now operate "virtually".

We continue to have our people at the heart of everything we do and are constantly adapting our services in-line with Government regulations to carry on supporting your eye and hearing health while helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

What does this mean?

  • We can support emergency/essential eye care through our qualified optometrists.
  • We can order or repair spectacles
  • We can supply contact lenses
  • You can discuss your eye or hearing health with our experienced optometrists or audiologists by phone or email.
  • We can send out accessories including eye-drops, solution etc
  • We can service/repair hearing devices including sending out replacement batteries.

How can I contact you?

You can book a phone appointment online just select "remote/online branch"

You can email the relevant team, including your full name, DOB and usual branch to allow us to identify your records quickly. Add our emails to your address book to avoid our replies going into your junk mail (or check your junk mail)!

You can also call your nearest branch

We please ask you to be aware, as we adhere fully with social distancing regulations to safeguard our communities, minimum staff will be working each day. Emails/phone calls may not be answered as quickly as usual. We can assure you our teams are working as best they can to support our communities during this time. We do advise that you book a phone appointment online to arrange a time to suit.

Please don’t try to visit your branch without first contacting by phone or email as the doors will be locked at this time. Our teams are on-hand to support via phone or email for any eye or hearing concerns/emergency/essential care.

Our social channels continue to be monitored daily to answer any non-urgent questions you have and to keep connected with you all.
